Fragaria X Ananassa: Summer strawberry.
Origin: Developed by University of California and released in 1983. Douglas x Cal 72. 361-105.
Description: The most delicious of all large fruited strawberries.
Hugh Berries: Up to 60g – that are produced in profusion. Scoring 82 out of a possible 100 in Diggers Club strawberry taste test.
Pollination: Self-fertile.
Harvest: High yield variety. Mid-season – Nov to Dec.
