• Description: Medium to large sized pear shaped figs. The neck of the figs are thick, and is said to resemble the “Collar of a Lady” or “Collier d’une Dame” Skin
• Colour: Greenish purple colour giving it a gray (grise in French) cast to it. Almost identical to CDDN except the skin colour is light greyish purple when fully ripe Flesh
• Colour: The flesh is dark, ruby- red. It has a very rich, sweet taste with savoury undertones Breba
