- Description: Medium and elongated berry. The cylinder-shaped bunch has arched, long, ellipsoidal grapes. The skin is thin, slightly pruinose and yellow, with 1-2 small pips. The taste is sweet and delicate, with a vanilla aftertaste. The flesh is plump or crunchy, with a simple, sweet and very pleasant taste. Its high quality and the excellent taste make Pizzutello one of the best grapes in Italy. In the Tivoli area, some farmers still use local traditional pergolas. This grape variety is particularly appreciated for its flavour and crunchy texture
